The new owner of the car repaired it but managed to get into trouble with the law. Which ended in the car getting impounded. After being for 2 years in police captivity the lancer was put up for sale once again. During this period Fanos really missed his great fun car. After repairing mistakes from the previous owner. The car was registered again, and it was enjoyed until 2016. That was the year that the stock 1.8L 4g93 let go and made way for a 4g63. After enjoying the car some more, a decision was made to put the car under the knife once again.
